• You agree not to upload any files that are illegal, confidential (unless appropriately protected and authorized), malicious, or violate SoftMaji's internal policies.
• You are responsible for the content you upload and any consequences thereof.
• You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the service, or excessive resource consumption.
• If you choose to password-protect a file, you are responsible for managing and securely communicating that password to intended recipients. Do not share sensitive passwords through insecure channels.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the files you upload. By uploading, you grant SoftMaji the necessary rights to store, process, and display the files within the Service for its intended purpose.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SoftMaji does not guarantee the security, reliability, or availability of the Service at all times.

Limitation of Liability

SoftMaji will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including data loss or corruption.

Termination

SoftMaji reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or internal policies.

These Terms are governed by the internal policies of SoftMaji and applicable laws.
